Early Years Teacher

What You’ll Do:

Deliver outstanding teaching and learning experiences based on the Early Years Foundation Stage.
Create inspiring, child-focused environments that support creativity, critical thinking, and a love of learning.
Observe and plan tailored activities that support individual progress, curiosity, and confidence.
Work closely with children, families, and colleagues to ensure every child feels happy, secure, and celebrated.
Be a key part of shaping the learning culture within the setting—bringing fresh ideas, energy, and a commitment to excellence.
Champion outdoor learning through our Forest School, embedding nature into daily teaching.
Who We’re Looking For:

A qualified Early Years Teacher (EYT) or someone with QTS and early years experience.
A teacher with passion, creativity, and a nurturing spirit.
Deep understanding of the EYFS, child development, and inclusive practice.
A reflective practitioner who values teamwork, innovation, and continuous improvement.
Someone who believes in the importance of emotional wellbeing, confidence-building, and play-based learning.
