Ryder Reid Legal is seeking a dedicated Billing Specialist to join the dynamic team of one of our prestigious, global law firm clients on a permanent basis at their London office. The Billing Specialist will be the go-to advisor for Partners, ensuring all billing transactions are accurately recorded and compliant with accounting standards.

Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate and attend monthly revenue meetings with Partners.
• Prepare and distribute billing proformas and invoices, ensuring compliance with client arrangements.
• Validate new matter data, obtain rate approvals, and set up Task and Activity codes.
• Produce and finalise invoices, credit notes, and handle bill re-issues/amendments.
• Support European offices with billing and provide high levels of customer service.
• Ensure compliance with VAT and Solicitors Accounts Rules.
• Upload and manage electronic invoices, working closely with the eBilling team.

Qualifications:
• Proficiency in 3E and understanding of billing in foreign currencies.
• Knowledge of VAT regulations within the UK Europe.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Intermediate Excel skills and exceptional attention to detail.
