This is a high-level overview of the Business Operation Manager position.

Job Description:

The successful candidate will lead and manage business analytics to achieve overall delivery, business, and company objectives. They will deliver business insights and recommendations leveraging analytics, predictive modeling, observations, and business knowledge.

Responsibilities:
• Manages, leads, and monitors business analytics to achieve overall delivery, business, and company objectives.
• Delivers business insights and recommendations leveraging analytics, predictive modeling, observations, and business knowledge.
• Enables operational improvement through strategic management and analysis of business drivers and practices.
• Leads and drives change through collaboration on the strategic development and management of performance measurements.
• Works with peers in same team of Operations to ensure best practices and operational improvement opportunities are applied to different Delivery groups.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate will have 8-10 years of experience in business operation management. They should be able to work effectively in a collaborative environment and possess strong communication and analytical skills.
