Job Description
We are looking for a hands-on, creative, and results-driven Digital Marketing & Social Media Specialist to manage our organic social media, paid Meta advertising, content creation, and digital lead-generation funnels for our medical aesthetics clinics.
This is a full-time, in-office role with travel between GTA clinic locations for filming, content shoots, events, and client testimonials.
The right candidate must be able to create content, launch campaigns, build funnels, analyze performance, and generate high-quality leads—not simply coordinate with outside agencies.
Key ResponsibilitiesOrganic Social Media and Content
Develop and manage the organic social media strategy across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and other relevant platforms.
Plan, film, edit, and publish engaging reels, videos, stories, photos, and promotional content.
Create graphics, campaign materials, advertisements, and branded assets.
Travel to clinic locations to capture treatments, staff content, events, testimonials, and behind-the-scenes footage.
Maintain a consistent, polished, and luxury brand image across all platforms.
Monitor trends and create content that increases engagement, reach, inquiries, and bookings.
Meta Advertising and Lead Generation
Plan, launch, manage, and optimize paid Meta campaigns across Facebook and Instagram.
Create campaign concepts, offers, audiences, ad copy, visuals, and video advertisements.
Build and optimize lead-generation campaigns that attract qualified clients for clinic services.
Track cost per lead, lead quality, conversion rates, return on ad spend, and overall campaign performance.
Test new creative, messaging, audiences, and offers to continuously improve results.
Work closely with clinic and sales teams to understand which campaigns generate actual appointments and revenue.
Funnels, CRM and Automation
Build landing pages, forms, workflows, and sales funnels using GoHighLevel.
Create automated lead-nurturing sequences through text, email, and CRM workflows.
