Position Overview:
The Sales Executive at Lemon Craft is a dynamic and results-driven professional responsible for driving sales and revenue growth for our web development and digital marketing services. This role involves generating new business opportunities, building client relationships, and promoting our company's offerings. The Sales Executive collaborates with the sales and marketing team to develop and execute effective sales strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
Business Development:
Identify and target potential clients through market research, networking, and lead generation activities.
Conduct cold calls, email campaigns, and personalized outreach to engage prospects and generate new business opportunities.
Present and demonstrate Lemon Craft's web development and digital marketing services to potential clients.
Understand client needs and requirements, and propose tailored solutions to meet their objectives.
Sales Process Management:
Manage the end-to-end sales process including lead qualification, needs assessment, proposal development, negotiation, and closing deals.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales pipelines and CRM records to track sales activities, opportunities, and customer interactions.
Collaborate with the sales team to develop sales strategies, forecasts, and goals to achieve revenue targets.
Follow up with leads and clients to ensure customer satisfaction and foster long-term relationships.
Client Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by understanding their business goals and providing excellent customer service.
Act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing ongoing support.
Upsell and cross-sell additional services or upgrades to existing clients to maximize revenue opportunities.
Stay updated with industry trends and competitive landscape to identify new opportunities and potential clients.
Collaboration and Communication:
Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales efforts with marketing campaigns and initiatives.
Provide feedback and insights from the market to contribute to the development of new services, pricing strategies, and marketing materials.
Coordinate with the project management team to ensure a smooth transition of clients and project details after closing a sale.
Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Sales Performance Analysis and Reporting:
Monitor and analyze key sales performance indicators, such as revenue, conversion rates, customer acquisition costs, and sales pipeline progression.
Provide regular sales reports, forecasts, and insights to the sales manager and senior leadership.
Identify areas for improvement and propose actionable strategies to optimize sales performance.
Qualifications and Skills:
• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Proven experience in sales, in the web development or digital marketing industry.
• Strong understanding of web development and digital marketing concepts, trends, and technologies.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.
• Results-oriented mindset with a track record of achieving sales targets.
• Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Proficiency in using CRM systems, sales tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.

Salary: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
