We believe in the power of data-driven digital marketing and are seeking a talented individual to join our team and drive our Meta Ads advertising efforts to new heights. Responsibilities: As a Digital Marketing Associate, you will be responsible for: - Developing and executing Meta ad campaigns to promote our Shopify store. - Maximizing return on ad spend (ROAS) with a minimum target of 4x. - Monitoring and optimizing ad performance daily to ensure the best results. - Staying up-to-date with industry trends, algorithms, and emerging best practices. - Collaborating with our creative and analytics teams to achieve campaign goals. Qualifications: To succeed in this role, you should have: - Proven experience in managing Meta Ads campaigns. - A strong track record of delivering high ROAS for eCommerce businesses. - Deep knowledge of Meta Ad platforms. - Proficiency in data analytics and a results-oriented mindset. - The ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing digital marketing landscape. - Exceptional communication and teamwork skills. - Meta Ads certification is a plus.
