Digital Marketing Analytics Specialist

Lake Ridge bank is seeking a detail-oriented professional to join our team as a Digital Marketing Analytics Specialist! This position is responsible for all marketing research and data automation tool activities for the company. The role will serve as resident expert on the various systems and will use discretion and independent judgement to work with the marketing team to identify and recommend marketing opportunities with a focus on driving key performance indicator results. This position will also be primarily responsible for the management, monitoring of, and extractions from Lake Ridge Bank’s data warehouses and databases as they pertain to the marketing functions of the bank.

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

Data Analysis & Application

Participates in the planning and establishment of goals and objectives for bank’s database marketing, with respect to promotions, internal and external communications, analysis, technology updates, equipment, logistical requirements, and other related issues.
Acts as the main administrator for the Marquis Executrax system to ensure data integrity and integration with other software tools and systems.
Manages campaigns and related performance and reporting. Examine customer data files and generate re-ports to inform and affirm bank marketing strategies in support of client retention, growth, and acquisition.
Interprets and analyzes data to anticipate future banking trends/needs to move the bank’s marketing and the bank itself forward.
Works closely with the bank’s IT and other data administrators to ensure access to, and validation of, mem-ber and market data.
Plans and coordinates activities with other bank data administrators to ensure regular and accurate updates of databases and validation of data are being done within the various systems/databases.
Provides databases for targeted marketing or communications that align with bank goals, and marketing communication needs.
Responsible for maintaining absolute confidentiality of all written and oral information.
Collaborate with other departments and marketing staff to schedule, plan, implement data automation and analysis in their areas.
Proposes and supports marketing campaigns and programs (digital and traditional) based on client data to drive business impact for bank; develops and manages development process as well as proactively suggests and implements process improvements.
Maintains records of mail offers, response rates, and volumes.
Measures and analyzes marketing campaigns and initiatives to determine ROI.
Conducts customer satisfaction (CSAT) and Net Promoter Score (NPS) surveys on a regular basis and reports on actionable intelligence.
Marketing Team Member Responsibilities:

Collaborates with other members of the Marketing team, as well as internal stakeholders, to bring content ideas/suggestions based on data and other metrics for Thought Leadership campaigns/content.
Works as part of the Marketing team to support other bank marketing initiatives to meet bank/departmental goals.
Collaborate with internal and external partners to support the Marketing team working to their full potential in meeting compliance, strategy fit, technology utilization, and other factors to reach bank goals.
Participants in community/bank activities.
Assist the marketing team with other marketing initiatives when needed.
Adhere to all Bank Security/Compliance Regulations

Complete all annual bank security and compliance training.
Adhere to Bank Security guidelines as required for this position.
Always maintain confidentiality of customer information
Stay current on all compliance regulations.
Requirements:
Minimum Qualifications:

Associates Degree in marketing, advertising, database and data analytics or similar field or relevant bank experience.
Analytical skills that include interpreting data/information and disseminating out to others in a non-technical way.
Working knowledge of various database and data analysis tools, including but not limited to Marquis product suite.
Knowledge of, or ability to learn, of various digital banking platforms and/or digital client platforms
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Understanding of marketing, client life cycles and other marketing programs.
Demonstrated ability to successfully collaborate with other organizational divisions/teams.
Strong organizational, time management, and leadership skills
Proven ability to take strategic concepts from idea to inception.
Strong ability to problem-solve and to work through complex issues in both traditional and non-traditional ways.
Must possess a growth mindset.
Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite: Word; Excel; PowerPoint; and Database software
Ability to represent the organization in a professional, positive manner.
Basic knowledge of design tools.
Preferred Qualifications:

Previous database experience. Familiarity with financial products/services/clients is a plus.
