Role overview

We are looking for a passionate Diamond and Alloy Wheel Technician to accurately undertake the preparation and repainting of standard Alloy Diamond Cut Wheels.

Key responsibilities

Your key responsibilities as a Diamond and Alloy Wheel Technician will be:
• To accurately undertake the preparation and repainting of standard Alloy Diamond Cut Wheels.
• Using Maintaining our Vixen Lathe machinery in line with manufactures guidelines
• Fulfil all tasks to the customer's complete satisfaction
• Detect and diagnose any additional faults for further repair i.e.. Distorted wheels not fit for repair
• Ensure all work is completed safely and complies with the retailer, manufacturer, and industry guidelines
• Carry out all repairs according to best practice procedures
• Use all paint mixing schemes and drying areas/equipment accurately for all paint repairs
• Coach and support apprentice technicians
• Attend specialised training as required
• To perform other duties in support of other team members as required
• To maintain a clean, tidy and safe working environment
• To receive work from the workshop controller and carry out related checks, administration and protection routines.

About You

As a Vehicle Imagery Technician/Photographer, you will ideally have the following skills and attributes:
• Ideally have experience working in a similar role
• Experience using an imagery turntable work be preferred
• Have a keen interest in photography, marketing and the automotive industry
• Good attention to detail, which is key for this role
• Be a good and clear communicator
