Responsibilities and Expectations:
• Create accurate pick lists and invoices using Quick Books.
• Utilize CRM software to manage and pull tickets for invoicing.
• Generate shipping labels for order fulfilment.
• Verify orders against pick lists and invoices to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Maintain accurate records of orders, invoices, and shipping details.
• Communicate with the warehouse, customer service, and sales teams to ensure smooth order processing.
• Analyze reports related to order processing, invoicing, and shipping to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Commerce or equivalent field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in order processing, invoicing, or a related role.
• Proficiency in Quick Books, CRM software, and Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel).
• Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
