Job Roles & Responsibilities:

A. Business Contribution

Play a key role in meeting the business objectives by designing, enhancing and monitoring processes for the Retail Liabilities Team

B. Strategy / Planning / Execution:

The Retail Liabilities Team's processes are designed, improved, and monitored.

- Internal and external customer satisfaction is ensured by streamlining procedures while complying with legal requirements.

- Automate procedures to minimize the need for human intervention when feasible

- Handling the Retail Liabilities' Audit Requirements.

- Skillfully handling complaints to ensure prompt resolution and examining concerns to pinpoint areas in need of development.

- Overseeing the group responsible for answering inquiries about opening digital accounts and pinpointing areas that require enhancement based on the queries received.

C. Technical Skills & Knowledge:

- Strong problem-solving, quantitative, and analytical skills;

- A demonstrated capacity to plan and manage multiple people, projects, and processes simultaneously;

- Ability to conceptualize and automate processes to save time and improve efficiency;

- Necessity for Excel and PowerPoint proficiency; and prerequisite knowledge of bank systems and procedures
