Position Overview: We are looking for a skilled, enthusiastic, and reliable Dental Receptionist with experience to join our team Monday to Thursday and Saturday. The ideal candidate is patient-focused, highly organized, and has excellent communication skills, along with a positive and proactive attitude. Key Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome patients as they arrive at the dental office
Answer phone calls and schedule appointments for patients
Verify insurance coverage and collect necessary patient information
Maintain patient records and update electronic medical records (EMR) system
Assist with billing and insurance claims processing
Provide administrative support to dental staff
Manage patient flow and ensure a smooth operation of the front desk area
Follow office protocols and maintain confidentiality of patient information

Schedule:
Monday to Thursday: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM
Saturday: 9:00 AM - 2:00 PM
Qualifications:
Minimum of two years of previous experience working in a medical or dental office setting
Familiarity with Tracker or similar software
Proficient in using phone systems and handling multiple phone lines
Strong administrative skills, including data entry and record keeping
Knowledge of medical terminology and dental procedures is a plus
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with patients and dental staff
Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work in a fast-paced environment
