Manage appointment scheduling and follow-up communications with patients to enhance their experience.
Ensure the dental surgery is clean, organised, and fully stocked with necessary supplies.
Adhere to health and safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment for both staff and patients.
Participate in continuous professional development to stay updated on best practices in dental nursing.
Qualifications

Valid qualification as a Dental Nurse or equivalent experience in a similar role.
Strong patient care skills with a focus on empathy and understanding.
Excellent organisational abilities to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Proficient IT skills for managing patient records and scheduling systems.
Effective communication skills in English, both verbal and written, to interact with patients and team members confidently.
