Job Title: Dance Instructor

We are seeking an experienced Bollywood Teacher to join our team.

Job Responsibilities:
• Teach children aged 6-16 in an online setting.
• Develop and implement engaging lesson plans.
• Conduct demo sessions with students.
• Provide individualized feedback and guidance.
• Evaluate student performance and suggest areas for improvement.
• Ensure a fun and creative learning environment.

Requirements:
• Strong subject knowledge of dance and music.
• Experience teaching children (mandatory).
• Good communication skills in English and Hindi.
• Availability for regular lessons.

Other Information:

Salary structure is as follows:

Per session basis for + PM - 1 AM

1-25 sessions: Rs. 165/- per session + Rs. 80/- per demo

25-60 sessions: Rs. 200/- per session + Rs.100/- per demo

61-80 sessions: Rs. 250/- per session + Rs.125/- per demo

81 Above Session: Rs. 300/- per session + Rs. 150/- per demo

Minimum guarantee:

Rs: 4000/- for the 1st month; Rs 8000/- for the 2nd month and Rs. 12000/- 3rd month onwards. Read more
