Customer Success & Sales Executive
Job Description
You will be responsible for introducing and selling Superblock, our AI-powered WhatsApp automation platform, to businesses and educational institutions. You will also assist customers throughout their onboarding journey and help ensure their success with the platform.
Responsibilities
• Generate and qualify new leads.
• Reach out to prospects via phone, WhatsApp, email, and social media.
• Demonstrate Superblock's features and benefits to potential customers.
• Convert leads into paying customers and achieve sales targets.
• Assist customers during onboarding and provide basic support.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Follow up with prospects and existing customers to ensure satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.
Requirements
• Freshers are welcome to apply.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated and target-oriented mindset.
• Willingness to learn about SaaS products and customer success.
• Basic computer and internet skills.
• Prior sales experience is an advantage but not required.
