As our customer success person, you will be at the heart of our operations, ensuring that our customers and prospective advertisers are well taken care of. This is a remote role with semi-flexible hours. We occasionally have team events, planning, training, or other sessions together, so you would need to be Auckland-based. Attending our daily Zoom team meetings is a must.
Key responsibilities:
Customer support - Assist customers in understanding, trialling, and booking our services, primarily through email and occasional video conferences.
Customer liaison - Work closely with customers on the day-to-day placement of content, ensuring seamless collaboration.
Quality assurance - Maintain high customer service standards and satisfaction by responding promptly to emails and never losing focus on customer needs.
Customer meetings - Conduct quarterly business reviews via video conference, persuading customers of the success of their campaigns and securing renewals.
Collaboration with developers - Work with our tech team to automate customer journeys, services, and success reporting.
Content creation - Craft outstanding email templates that our team and systems use to delight our customers.
