About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Interior Design Lead to join our team at Livspace. As a key member of our design operations team, you will be responsible for managing and supporting Franchise Owners and their teams in the sales, design processes, and operational communication.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage sales funnel management to improve conversion rates and business growth.
• Drive strategic planning and execution for sales and design performance across multiple locations.
• Monitor and enhance operational efficiencies for five stores, ensuring optimal output from partners and teams.
• Develop and implement performance metrics to track and improve sales and design productivity.
• Oversee the design management of 12 to 15 projects on a monthly basis, ensuring quality and efficiency.
• Lead the site delivery team to ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and with high-quality standards.
• Guide and coordinate with vendors and business partners to streamline project execution.
• Assist partners in hiring Interior Designers (IDs) by conducting technical interviews.
• Provide training programs for designers to achieve predictable sales and design outputs.
• Continuously upskill the team with the latest trends and technology in interior design and fit-outs.
• Ensure excellent customer experience throughout the sales and design journey.
• Address customer concerns effectively and implement solutions to enhance satisfaction and brand reputation.
Requirements
• Education: Degree in Architecture or Interior Design; Post-graduation in Project Management or Construction Management preferred.
• Experience: Minimum 5 years in the building construction industry, preferably in interior fit-outs.
• Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge of individual trades, subcontractors, and industry best practices.
• Technology Proficiency: Experience in successfully adopting digital and technology initiatives.
• Soft Skills: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality and customer satisfaction.
• Problem-Solving: Ability to work independently, manage multiple stakeholders, and resolve project-related challenges effectively.
