What does the Customer Service and Sales person do?
This multifaceted counter-based role supports branch operations from assisting customers at the counter, unpacking and receipting goods in, to picking, packing, and dispatching customer orders, loading the delivery vehicle and ensuring our customers get their orders and quality service delivered on time every time.
They participate in everything from inwards/outwards goods and stocktakes, to helping customers find the products they need and processing sales. How? By welcoming them to the branch, listening to their needs, and providing them with sound advice every time.

It’s your ability to work efficiently, accurately, and as part of a team that will see you succeed in this role. You are someone who can adapt your approach for different customers and consistently put your best foot forward when representing the business.
This role can be physically demanding, so a decent level of physical fitness is required. You will also need your full driver license. Having your F-endorsement is beneficial but not required as we can get you trained in this area!
