At Bapcor, we don't sit back — we go after it. As a Territory Representative in our Trade division, you’ll be on the frontline of driving relationships and growth by:
Proactively hunting new business thus unlocking untapped potential
Deepening relationships with our most valuable customers
Constantly using our industry leading data and market intel to outmanoeuvre the competition
Leveraging the power of our brands — BNT, Autolign, HCB, JAS, and more to deliver value
We're looking for someone who’s more than a sales operative — you're a trusted advisor, a results machine, and a confident negotiator. You'll work closely with branches, category managers, and key accounts to make smart plays, fast moves, and deliver big wins.
Qualifications
What You'll Bring…
Proven track record in B2B or trade sales
Several years experience in a sales role
Confidence with CRM, customer profiling, and strategic territory management
Strong written/oral communication and influencing skills
A natural hunter mindset; one that is persistent, resilient, professional, and proactive
Bonus Points Available For…
Experience in a highly competitive, trade related industry
Key account growth or trade network relationship skills (e.g. Capricorn)
