Global Meat is a subsidiary of Superior Food Group. Due to the continual growth of our organisation, we are actively seeking applications for a customer service representative/ an office all-rounder for our branch in Reservoir, Victoria on Casual basis for Day Shift.

Overview

As part of your role, you will be responsible for but not limited to data entry, invoicing, answering phone calls and emails, and undertaking general administrative tasks.

The successful applicant will be able to work autonomously and have a strong work ethic with good attention to detail and a positive attitude.

Your day-to-day routine will look something like this:

Accurate processing of inbound customer orders via phone, email, web, fax.
Keying in customer orders - Data entry
Creating and processing orders
Build sustainable relationships with customer accounts through open and interactive communication.
Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution.
Advise customers of our diverse product range and price trends.
General filing, data entry, faxing, and photocopying
Ad-hoc administrative tasks as and when required
All about you:

Previous experience in customer service or administrative roles preferred.
Excellent phone manners.
Previous exp in XERO is a bonus
Experience within the meat industry is preferred but not essential
Excellent communication skills.
High attention to detail
Excellent computer skills (excel, word, outlook).
An eye for detail and a customer-focused attitude.
Must possess own transport to commute to work as the location is hard to find.
