Job description -Customer Service Executive / Assistant
The Logistics executive is responsible for the planning, organizing, and directing; managing and evaluation of the supply chain/logistics operations in an organization.
Responsibilities
· Prior Work Experience With Freight Forwarder Is Must
· Planning Executing the shipment from Factory till final destination
· Handle Port to Port,Air, CIS shipment independently
· Coordinate for sea air shipment custom process
· Coordinate with Shipper, liner,airline, transporter,CHA, Surveyor
· Place booking in shipping lines,VGM,Shipping Instructions, MBL, HBL
· Independently handle shipment from factory till final destination
· Responsible for troubleshooting any concern related to international freight transportation
· Solve customer and carrier problems
· Provide shipment quotes for customers and set up shipments as required by customers.
· Excellent multitasking skills within their work space as well as computer software programs.
· Day to day office coordination reporting to the Head of Department
· Mainatin DSR
· Sending Pre alerts to Agent Customers with related to shipments
· Take add responsibility as when required
Skills Requirements
· Good problem solving and decision-making skills.
· Minimum Bachelor Degree,
· Minimum 5 to 6-years of relevant experience of working with freight forwarder is must
· High quality written and verbal communication skills
· Ability to adapt to changes in the work environment
· Accurate and able to produce quality work
· Ability to work in teams and open to others’ views
Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent
