Key Activities:
• Empanelment of new channel partners for YBL's working capital business.
• Management of existing and new channel partners for working capital business and new clientele acquisition.
• Cross-selling of CASA products to group companies and existing/NTB clients.
• Growth of CASA business through strategic partnerships.
• Cross-selling of other asset and investment products.
• Regular DSA interactions for business generation and lead updates.
• Collaboration with credit teams for CAM approval, deferral closure/waiver, and trade transactions.
• Coordination with local operations for disbursement, limit setups, and other transactions.
• Daily customer servicing and branch coordination.
• Housekeeping tasks including Cam renewals, deferral closures, stock statements, insurance renewals, plant and office visits.
• Sourcing current accounts and dealing in trade and treasury products, bill discounting, bank guarantees, letters of credit, cash credits/overdrafts.
• Monitoring account performance and overall portfolio health.
• Client acquisition, growth, and management for business banking SME.
• Delivering month-on-month targets for business banking SME loan disbursals, fund-based, and non-fund-based processing fees.
