Customer Service & Calling Representative (Telemarketer)
Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Customer Service & Calling Representative (Telemarketer) to join our team. This role involves engaging with potential clients through outbound calls, promoting our products and services, and building strong relationships to support business growth. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a proactive attitude, and experience in sales or telemarketing. Bilingual abilities in Spanish are a plus, as well as familiarity with sales technology platforms like Salesforce. This position offers an opportunity to develop your skills in inside sales, business development, and technical sales within a fast-paced environment.
Duties
Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients to generate leads and promote products or services
Engage customers through effective communication, demonstrating strong negotiation skills
Qualify leads and identify customer needs to tailor sales pitches accordingly
Maintain detailed records of interactions using CRM tools such as Salesforce
Follow up with potential clients to nurture relationships and close sales opportunities
Collaborate with the marketing team to implement outreach strategies
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly
Support business development initiatives by identifying new market opportunities
Stay informed about product features, industry trends, and competitive landscape to enhance sales effectiveness
Skills
Proven experience in telemarketing, inside sales, or B2B sales environments
Strong negotiation and communication skills in English; Spanish language skills are a plus
Familiarity with marketing strategies and customer engagement techniques
Proficiency with CRM platforms such as Salesforce or similar technology sales tools
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced setting
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
Ability to adapt messaging based on customer needs and feedback
