Job Description: Customer Care Executive (Instagram, WhatsApp, and Calls)
Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Care Executive. In this role, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing exceptional service primarily through Instagram and WhatsApp chats, as well as attending to customer calls. You will play a vital role in ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining positive relationships with our valued customers.
Responsibilities:
• Handle Customer Interactions: Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries and complaints via Instagram and WhatsApp chats. Ensure all interactions are handled with empathy, respect, and a focus on resolving customer issues.
• Attend Customer Calls: Answer incoming customer calls promptly and provide accurate information regarding products, services, orders, and any other inquiries. Assist customers in resolving their concerns or redirect calls to the appropriate department when necessary.
• Customer Support: Provide excellent customer support by actively listening to customers, understanding their needs, and offering appropriate solutions or guidance to ensure customer satisfaction. Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times.
• Problem Resolution: Investigate and resolve customer complaints or issues effectively and efficiently. Collaborate with internal teams, such as the technical support or sales department, to find appropriate solutions. Escalate complex issues to the relevant team members as required.
• Order Management: Process customer orders, modifications, and cancellations accurately. Ensure that orders are fulfilled and delivered on time. Monitor order status and provide regular updates to customers as needed.
• Documentation and Reporting: Accurately record customer interactions, transactions, inquiries, and feedback in the company's CRM system. Generate reports and provide insights to the management team regarding customer trends, preferences, and areas for improvement.
• Product Knowledge: Maintain a thorough understanding of our products, services, and policies. Stay updated with product changes, new releases, and promotional offers to effectively address customer inquiries
