Village Catering is one of Northeast Ohio's premier catering companies and part of the growing Sayre Hospitality Group family of businesses.
Unlike traditional restaurant management positions, our culinary operation is primarily production-based. Execution occurs offsite by seasoned caterers. Most work is completed during daytime hours, allowing our leadership/culinary team to enjoy a healthier work-life balance while still leading a fast-paced, high-performing culinary operation.
We're looking for a hands-on operational leader—not simply a cook or chef.
The Culinary Operations Manager is responsible for leading our culinary department through organization, accountability, inventory management, scheduling, food production, team development, and operational excellence. This position exists to build systems, develop people, and create kitchens that consistently operate at a high level. This position is not designed for culinary innovation or recipe creation - but for execution.
