An exciting opportunity has arisen for dedicated care support worker to join the team on AMU1 in the rainbow unit.

If you are caring, compassionate, hardworking and enjoy a faced paced acute environment then this is the role for you.

Staff will be supported by an experienced team and also encouraged to develop in their role.

Please note you must already have csw experience within the hospital as this is not a training role

The Clinical Support Worker will work together with members of the Nursing team and contribute to the implementation of a high standard and individualised patient care under the direction of a registered nurse.

The post holder will be required to communicate effectively with other members of the health care team, patients and relatives and must be able to recognise and report to the appropriate person any changes in the patient’s condition which may require the intervention of others.
