Hour of Operations: 11:00-1+:30 (5-Days a Week). Alternate Saturdays 11:00- 18:00.
Responsibilities:
• Take responsibility for Growing Partsformachines sales via effective CRM management, marketing campaigns, social media engagement, and promotions.
• Lead and mentor a team of digital marketers, providing guidance and support.
• Lead CRM management via software such as HubSpot to enhance customer engagement and streamline marketing campaigns.
• Develop and implement CRM strategies to enhance customer acquisition, engagement, and retention, optimize the CRM system, analyze customer data for targeted marketing
• Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize the user experience
• Develop and implement SEO, email marketing, and social media plans.
• Use data to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touchpoints
• Track, report, and optimize digital marketing performance using analytics tools.
• Identify trends and insights and optimize spend and performance based on the insights.
Special Features/Requirements of the Position
• Minimum 5-7 years of experience in digital marketing, with at least 2 years in a leadership or managerial role.
• Proficiency in using digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, Klavio, Google Analytics, Google Ads, HubSpot, Zoho).
• Demonstrate a track record of growing sales via CRM and customer engagement
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience in developing and executing successful digital marketing campaigns.
• Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, PPC, social media, email marketing, and web analytics.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to analyze data, draw actionable insights, and present findings to stakeholders
