Position Overview
Relationship Manger
The new RMs will augment the existing WM coverage team. They will help the business grow and contribute in further strengthening the business in Onshore India. We will be looking to hire senior RMs and team heads who are established performers in the WM space. They will be expected to on board their existing clients and generate new business opportunities for the franchise.
- The candidates will be hired across the WM centers in India. The focus will be to strengthen the coverage across the key locations of Mumbai, Delhi and Bengaluru.
- The candidates would normally have work experience of 15-20 years in the Wealth Management space. We would also look at potential candidates from the corporate/investment banking, who can leverage their expertise and bring in opportunities in this space.
The key role for the proposed hires would be
• Onboard the key client relationships to the DB WM platform
• Synchronize the DB platform capabilities with requirements of key large potential/prospects and bring them on board.
• Share best practices from competition firms and help in strengthening DB product and services platform
• Team heads to work with their teams to achieve collective numbers.
• Imbibe the DB values and culture and demonstrate these in their regular work.
• The primary objective will be to onboard prospective clients and help meet the revenue and NNA numbers of the business. This needs to be done within the ambit of DB and regulatory guidelines.
The tasks required to be done by the candidates would be
• Prospecting and marketing to potential clients
• Onboarding new to the bank clients
• Utilizing platform strengths to offer products and services to the clients.
• Ensuring all KYC and regulations are adhered to.
• All regulatory and internal trainings/disclosures are done timely.
• Provide thought inputs and product ideas and help in development of the platform.
Roles range from VPs to Directors and hiring across locations like Mumbai, Delhi, Bangalore and Chennai.
