Cost Strategy & Planning Hiring for a Leading Private Sector Bank Roles & Responsibilities : - Monitoring and tracking of the Bank's opex and to drive efficiency across banks P&L through cost initiatives for Infrastructure and Technology. - Innovate to drive new initiatives as well as challenge business/ support partners for optimization of cost. - Preparing and circulating MIS i.e. Actual vs. Plan monthly , quarterly and YTD. - In depth knowledge of Pay back /IRR and review certain proposals i.e. investment proposals i.e. Pre Investment and Post Investment Review. - Experience in Financial Planning and Analysis/Accounting desired - Proper governance and control for cost related items hitting P&L and validate the same through post initiative (identify savings in P&L for initiative incurred). - Understanding of cost allocation to respective departments for Infrastructure and Technology. - Knowledge for retail banking / retail products /technology related investments would be an added advantage.
