Multi-Unit Kitchen Manager | National Role | Effingut Breweries | Pune
Effingut Breweries is looking for an experienced culinary leader to take charge of kitchen operations across all 16 units nationally, based out of Pune.
This is a senior, full-time leadership position for a seasoned chef who has run large-scale, multi-unit kitchen operations and is ready to take on a national mandate with significant scope to grow as we continue to expand.
π Location: Pune (Base Location)
π’ Scope: National β All 16 Unit Kitchens
π Growth: Significant career growth opportunity over the next 5 years as the business scales
What You'll Own:
β’ Menu engineering and recipe standardisation across all units
β’ Portion control and taste standardisation
β’ Menu mix analysis (Star-Dog analysis)
β’ Menu costing and margin management
β’ Quality control across all 16 kitchens nationally
What We're Looking For:
β’ Graduate from a reputed catering/hotel management college
β’ Minimum 20 years of overall kitchen management experienceAt least 3 years of experience as a Multi-Unit Chef, having handled 7β10+ units simultaneously
β’ Strong command over menu engineering, F&B costing, and quality systems
β’ Proven ability to lead and standardise operations at scale
