Key Responsibilities:
• Plan and execute corporate events, conferences, exhibitions, and social gatherings.
• Coordinate with clients to deliver exceptional event experiences.
• Foster relationships with vendors, suppliers, and service providers to secure best-in-class services.
• Manage event finances, timelines, and resources to achieve optimal outcomes.
• Handle event registration, invitation, and guest management processes.
• Ensure smooth event execution through on-site oversight and issue resolution.
• Partner with the marketing team to promote events and enhance brand presence.
• Document and maintain event records, contracts, and post-event reports.
• Negotiate with vendors to secure cost-effective solutions that meet quality standards.
Requirements:
A Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or a related field. 1-3 years of experience in event coordination, preferably in corporate events, MICE, or hospitality. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and event management tools.
