In this role, you will manage contracts, control costs, and protect the financial health of the project. You will work closely with site teams and senior project leaders to keep everything on track.

Responsibilities
Manage subcontract procurement and contract processes
Support cost planning and budget control
Assess and manage contract variations
Review and track project costs
Work closely with site teams and senior project staff
Ensure all contracts follow company and legal standards
Maintain clear and accurate commercial records
Help protect the projects financial performance
Qualifications
Degree in Construction Management or Quantity Surveying (preferred)
Experience in subcontract procurement and cost planning
Experience handling contract variations
Strong commercial awareness
High attention to detail
Experience on high-rise residential projects (preferred)
Good communication and teamwork skills
