Job Title : Content creator & SEO Executive
Experience : Minimum 2 years
Location : Kanakapura road, Bangalore
Shifts : 6 Days working , 9:30am to 6:00pm
Shift days off : Alternate Saturday off , All Sundays off
Co. Industry : Art/Craft supplies ,Paper & pulp & FMCG
Job Profile :
We are looking for a creative and passionate Content & Marketing Executive to join our team in the Art & Craft industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of digital marketing, content creation, and brand storytelling. You will be responsible for planning, creating, and executing engaging content that drives brand awareness, community engagement, and online growth.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and manage monthly content calendars aligned with product launches, campaigns, and craft trends.
• Create and publish engaging visual, video, and written content for social media, email, and website.
• Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns (organic and paid) to increase brand reach and conversions.
• Manage and grow brand presence on Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, Pinterest, and other digital platforms.
• Collaborate with designers, photographers, and influencers for content collaborations and campaigns.
• Monitor content performance, track KPIs, and generate reports to optimize strategy.
• Stay updated on the latest digital trends, social media updates, and craft community insights.
Required Skills:
• Strong storytelling, copywriting, and visual communication skills.
• Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Meta Ads Manager, and Google Analytics.
• Good understanding of social media marketing, content strategy, and influencer collaborations.
• Creative mindset with attention to detail and aesthetics.
• Excellent communication, multitasking, and project management skills.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Fine Arts, or related field.
Minimum 2 to 4 years of experience in content creation or digital marketing, preferably in art, craft, or lifestyle brands.
Package : upto 6 to 7 LPA
