Job Description
LOCATION: Kelowna, BC (Okanagan Region - Penticton, Summerland etc.)
EMPLOYMENT STATUS: Full Time (non fractional or agencies)
HOURS OF WORK: Monday - Friday * am – 5:30 pm
COMPENSATION: $60,000-$70,000 based on experience.
REPORTS TO: VP Marketing & Operations
NO AGENCIES OR FRACTIONAL MARKETING - This is a full time permanent position.

JOB SUMMARY
We are seeking a talented and experienced Content Creator to join our team and enhance our digital brand presence. In this hybrid role, you will leverage your expertise in multimedia content creation, social media management, and digital advertising to develop engaging videos, reels, and posts tailored for platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok. You will collaborate with the marketing team to ensure content aligns with brand standards, optimize assets for maximum engagement, and manage the content calendar to deliver a consistent flow of promotional, educational, and industry-relevant content. Your proactive approach and creative expertise will be key in meaningful engagement and producing impactful content that captures attention and builds lasting connections.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Content Design & Development
Create engaging, high-quality multimedia on-brand content such as reels, stories, and short videos optimized for various platform
