We are looking for an independent consultant who can deliver the following responsibilities:
The client has 5000-6000 doctors working across their network of hospitals and is keen to digitize the key records and documents for this cohort. The consultant/firm will need to take responsibility to ensure the defined documents are available for all the doctors working across the network, and digitized. The expected end product is a complete digital file for each Doctor that is up to date as of this date. This will involve:
• Physically visiting the hospitals to coordinate with the office of the Director of Medical Services (DMS) to collect all existing documents for the doctors in the facility
• Digitizing the documents and uploading to a shared folder/portal
• Identifying gaps vs, the standard list of documents needed
• Coordinating with the various DMS across the network to plan outreach to the doctor cohort to complete the gaps
Expected project duration - 3-4 Months
The consultant would have to visit the following cities:
Tamil Nadu - Chennai, Madurai, Trichy, Karur Karaikudi
Telangana - Hyderabad Karim Nagar
Andhra Pradesh - Nellore, Vizag Kakinada
Karnataka - Bengaluru Mysore
Maharasthra - Navi Mumbai Nashik
Gujrat - Ahmedabad
UP - Lucknow Noida
Delhi - Delhi
West Bengal - Kolkata
Assam - Guwahati

Chhattisgarh - Bilaspur
Orissa - Bhubaneshwar Rourkela
Skills Required
• Data gathering skills
• Prior experience in data entry or a similar role is preferred but not required.
• Excellent typing speed and accuracy.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) or similar software.
• Familiarity with database systems or CRM platforms is a plus.
• Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
