Consultant Project Management 15 yrs

Introduction:

We are hiring a Consultant for our client company which is a leader in the Corporate Governance industry.

Requirements:

1) Undertaking short-term or long-term projects to address a variety of issues and needs

2) Meeting with management or appropriate staff to understand their requirements

3) Using interviews, surveys etc. to collect necessary data

4) Conduct situational and data analysis to identify and understand a problem or issue

5) Replenish knowledge of industry, products and field

6) Provide advice or suggestions for improvement according to objectives

7) Formulate plans to implement recommendations and overcome objections

8) Arrange for or provide training to people affected by change

+) Evaluate the situation periodically and make adjustments when needed

Qualifications:

1) 1-5 years of proven experience as consultant

2) Experience in project management

3) Thorough knowledge of field of expertise and willingness to keep abreast of advancements

4 Knowledge of data analysis and research techniques

5) Ability to develop detailed proposals and plans

6) Excellent organizational and coordination skills

7) A great listener with ability to communicate with people of diverse disciplines

8) BSc/BA in business or relevant discipline; Further qualifications in a specialized field will be a plus
