Job Description:
We are looking for a Construction Sales Executive to join our team at Janapriya Nirmaan Conglomerate Pvt. Ltd. As a Construction Sales Executive, your primary responsibility will be to create new business opportunities by building trust and contacts with clients. You will also be responsible for providing a brief about our products, highlighting their features and benefits. Additionally, you will be involved in various sales and marketing techniques to generate new leads and convert them into sales.
Responsibilities:
• Strong experience in direct sales in the real estate industry.
• Experience in generating new leads through various sales/marketing techniques (BTL, etc.).
• Ability to generate and convert leads into sales.
• Strong experience in sales closure.
• Knowledge of the local property market and experience in property pricing to find homes that match clients' needs.
• Identify business opportunities, evaluate prospects, research and analyze sales options.
• Establish contact and develop relationships with prospects, recommend solutions, and sell products.
• Deliver reports to management.
• Customer-focused with good analytical skills.
• Excellent communication skills and an aggressive approach.
• Adaptive to working on weekends and in rapidly changing circumstances.
Note: 1-2 years of experience in real estate sales/apartment/villas is preferred.
