Salary: ₹35,000 – ₹40,000 per month

Job Description:

We are seeking a passionate and experienced TGT (Trained Graduate Teacher) – English to join our dynamic academic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong command over English language, effective classroom management skills, and a proven track record of motivating students to achieve academic excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging English lessons in line with the school curriculum.
Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment to support the learning needs of all students.
Conduct assessments and provide feedback on student progress.
Use innovative teaching strategies and technology to enhance learning outcomes.
Encourage reading habits and strong communication skills among students.
Organize extracurricular activities such as debates, poetry recitation, and English clubs.
Maintain accurate student records and report progress to parents and school management.
Collaborate with other faculty members and participate in school events and meetings.
Requirements:

Graduate in English with B.Ed (mandatory).
2–5 years of teaching experience as a TGT English teacher in a reputed school.
Strong English communication (spoken and written).
Familiar with CBSE/ICSE/State board curriculum (as applicable).
Passion for teaching and nurturing young minds.
Proficient in using smart boards, online teaching platforms, and digital resources.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
