The opportunity:
An exciting opportunity has become available within our Company Secretariat team at Bupa.
As a Company Secretarial Administrator, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth running of all Subsidiary Board and Committee Meetings, regulatory and corporate administration. To be successful, you’ll bring previous experience in a similar role, a proactive mindset, and a keen eye for detail.

This role is ideally located in Melbourne but will also consider anyone from Sydney.
How will I help?
Key accountabilities include:
Co-ordinating and managing logistics for Bupa ANZ Board Committees and Subsidiary Board meetings including distributing papers via Diligent Boards, liaising with Business Unit executives, managers and assistants, co-ordinating presenters and preparing shell minutes
Preparing, co-ordinating distributing circular resolutions for subsidiary companies
Providing administrative support for Bupa ANZ Board, Board Committee and subsidiary Board meetings
Preparing and lodging forms with and paying fees to regulators such as ASIC and ACNC and maintaining records ASIC and ACNC records/filings
Registering renewing business names via ASIC and maintaining a Register of Business Names
Maintaining statutory records for all Bupa ANZ companies
Managing company information on Diligent Entities
Maintaining the Company Secretariate procedures manual and documenting key processes
Liaising with Bupa Group Company Secretariat (UK)
Working as a valued team member, pro-actively providing support to other team members and contributing to the completion of work in a consistent and efficient manner across the team

What do I need?
Previous experience in a similar role providing company secretarial support
Knowledge of corporate governance practices and directors’ meetings
A graduate certificate of applied of corporate governance not essential but will be viewed favourably
Good Adobe and Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint skills
Excellent organisation and communication skills
Detail oriented and accurate in delivery of work
Proactive and demonstrated time management skills including the ability to manage competing priorities to achieve deadlines and desired outcomes.
