We are hiring a Communications and Community Manager who will be responsible for leading the social media-based and interpersonal relationships with our audiences and partners (including production partners, influencers, and celebrities) and for growing Eagle Vision’s brand.

The candidate will serve as the point person for developing, implementing, and executing marketing initiatives and activities for Eagle Vision and its content. These initiatives and activities include campaigns (print, web, social media, broadcast, etc.), events, corporate responsibility programs, and sponsorships.

This position requires a self-starter with a true entrepreneurial spirit, a commitment to detail, fostering strong relationships, and a track record of delivering results. The multifaceted media industry is fast-paced, and we need a strong candidate to help us celebrate our 25th Anniversary and continue our success. Key Duties Responsibilities:

· Contribute to the development and execution of long-range innovative strategies for the company and its content.

· Running company social media advertising campaigns.

· Formulating high-quality, novel written and visual content for each social media campaign.

· Building a social media presence and maintaining a solid online presence.

· Monitoring the company's brand on social media.

· Building brand awareness by engaging relevant influencers.

· Managing our online communities to ensure respectful and appropriate engagement.

· Responding to comments on each of our accounts.

· Overseeing customer service provided via social media.

· Analyzing data and reporting on the metrics.

· Coaching employees company-wide on content creation best practices.

· Communicating with communities and community members.

Qualifications and Requirements:

· Candidates need a minimum of 1 year of social media marketing experience.

· Connections and relationships with Indigenous communities are an asset.

· Clear passion for and solid understanding of the current media trends and platforms across social media, film, television, and interactive.

· Experience with brand building, innovation, commercialization, trade marketing, design, cross-functional team leadership, and leading campaigns to measurable business success.

· Experience writing creative briefs, giving detailed and useful creative feedback, and working with designers on creative projects is preferred.

· Experience developing social media strategies.

· Experience working with and developing a marketing plan.

· Ability to develop the right voice for each social media platform.

· Proven ability to build social media communities.

· Understanding of graphic design principles.

· Experience as a Brand Manager on social media.

· Ability to measure the success of campaigns.

· Ability to multitask.

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

· Strong research and analytical skills.

· In-depth understanding of the company’s current products and future concepts.

· Ability to think creatively and innovatively.

· Budget-management skills and proficiency.

· Analytical skills to forecast and identify trends and challenges.

· Maintain Eagle Vision’s public image through the implementation of marketing initiatives.

· Make decisions about the cost of branding and analyzing trends in customer spending.

· Build relationships with influencers, journalists and media outlets.

· Oversee social media accounts and ensure brand consistency.

Day-to-Day Duties:

· Communicate with executives, marketing personnel and public figures.

· Attend events and sets to capture promotional content.

· Complete research into industry trends and public perception.

· Aid in the creation of marketing and advertising campaigns to strengthen Eagle Vision's brand identity.

· Create designs and layouts for social media and other media outlets.

· Write pitches, blog posts and articles.

· Conduct meetings with partners.
