Key Responsibilities
Lead and grow the commercial sales and leasing division
Develop and execute strategic business growth plans
Secure high-value commercial and development site listings
Prospect, negotiate, and close complex commercial transactions
Mentor, manage, and develop commercial sales agents
Build and maintain strong relationships with investors, developers, and asset owners
Oversee pipeline management, reporting, and revenue targets
Ensure compliance with Victorian real estate legislation and company policies
Represent the agency at industry events and networking opportunities
About You
Minimum 5+ years’ experience in commercial real estate sales
Proven track record of high-value transactions and consistent performance
Strong leadership capability with mentoring experience
Strategic thinker with strong commercial and business acumen
Exceptional negotiation and stakeholder management skills
Highly driven, results-oriented, and entrepreneurial mindset
Victorian Real Estate Licence (essential)
