Key Responsibilities

Learn to read and interpret technical blueprints and engineering drawings
•
Set up and operate CNC machines to produce precision components
•
Assist with machine maintenance and troubleshooting under supervision
•
Inspect finished products using measurement tools (micrometers, calipers, gauges)
•
Follow safety and quality standards rigorously
•
Collaborate with senior machinists and engineers to improve processes
•
Keep detailed records of production runs and quality checks
•
Participate in ongoing technical training and skills development sessions
• Required Skills and Qualifications
•
High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
•
Basic understanding of mathematics and measurements (fractions, decimals, geometry)
•
Strong interest in mechanics, tools, and technology
•
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
•
Excellent problem-solving and observational skills
•
Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity
•
Reliable, punctual, and committed to learning

•
No prior experience required—this is an entry-level apprentice role
•
Any experience in workshops, technical high school classes, or hands-on projects is a plus
• Working Hours
•
Full-time: 40 hours per week
•
Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM (some flexibility may be required based on project needs)
•
