Club Manager

As the Club Manager at MY Fitness Club, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the gym and ensuring that all members and staff have a positive and productive experience. You will play a key role in managing the facility, leading a team, and implementing strategies that drive membership growth, retention, and overall profitability. Your leadership will be essential to maintaining high standards of cleanliness, customer service, and safety, while also promoting the gym's fitness culture.

Key Responsibilities:

Operational Oversight:

Manage daily operations, including opening and closing the facility.
Ensure the gym is fully stocked with necessary supplies and equipment.
Monitor cleanliness and safety standards, addressing any issues promptly.
Oversee maintenance of gym equipment and coordinate repairs as necessary.
Team Leadership:

Recruit, train, and supervise staff, including fitness trainers, receptionists, and cleaning staff.
Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide coaching to improve team performance.
Foster a positive and motivating work environment that aligns with the gym's core values.
Customer Service Member Engagement:

Ensure exceptional member experience through personalized service and assistance.
Address member concerns and resolve any complaints in a timely and professional manner.
Organize and promote member events, challenges, or promotions to enhance engagement.
Sales Marketing:

Develop and implement strategies to attract new members and retain existing ones.
Promote gym services and membership packages through online and offline marketing efforts.
Monitor membership trends and make data-driven decisions to maximize growth.
Financial Management:

Manage the club’s budget, including payroll, expenses, and revenue targets.
Oversee membership billing, renewals, and collections.
Ensure profitability while maintaining high standards of quality and service.
