Clinical Nurse Specialist – Plastics and Reconstructive Surgery
Perth Children's Hospital is proud to be the leading service provider for paediatric healthcare in Western Australia.

Key Responsibilities:
In partnership with the Plastics and Reconstructive Surgery Head of Department (HoD) and other clinical staff, deliver quality patient care within the specialty.
Establish strong communication and effective working partnerships within the multidisciplinary team.
Support the HoD by supervising the delivery of patient care, developing standards of practice, implementing changes to clinical practice, educating staff, and initiating quality improvement activities across all Plastics and Reconstructive Surgery subspecialties.
Work collaboratively to improve the quality of patient care and promote desired outcomes in the patient population within both the inpatient and ambulatory care setting.
