Primary Responsibilities
1. Generating New Leads: Identifying, pursuing, and appealing to Near Me Interiors' target clients
2. Market Research: Gathering and analyzing market and industry intelligence, metrics, trends, and new opportunities for a new business to help determine desirability and winnability.
3. Cold Warm Calling: Calling new lead opportunities to open the door for inclusion in new projects and booking first appointments.
4. Courting Prospective Clients: Following up on business opportunities; setting up meetings; proposing, organizing, and executing various marketing initiatives
5. Earning the Client's Trust: Establishing and proactively maintaining strong professional relationships with key decision-makers and influencers within the local market
6. Capturing Projects: Prepare and deliver presentations that offer insights and ideas that clients and others have overlooked
7. Working with Project Team Members: Capture projects and assist with managing the client throughout the work, acting as a confidant and life-line that they trust and can turn to
8. Networking with Industry Professionals: Represent and promote Near Me Interiors' brand and its values in the marketplace by attending and participating in industry-related events
+. Client Maintenance: during the project remain informed of the project process and keep in regular communication with the client to ensure they think and feel that the project is progressing smoothly
