General Laborer / Welder

As a General Laborer / Welder here at MTH Manufacturing you will be responsible for assisting all functions of production and completing various tasks around the shop. The Following is a list of some of the responsibilities you will have.

- Working with a team on both the assembly and welding of production parts.

- Operating various machines IE. CNC, lathe, friction welder.

- Basic Maintenance tasks.

-Operate Equipment and tools to assist with maintenance duties.

- Trouble shooting technical problems.

- General Labor tasks IE. Shoveling snow, house keeping, Inventory counts.

Qualifications

1 or more years of Welding/Maintenance experience or a similar role preferred.
experience in a manufacturing environment is a plus.

Mig Welding
Ability to work with various tools
Mechanically inclined
Ability to work with a team
Trouble shooting ability
Solid Communication skills
Forklift driving (Is an asset)
Starting wage is 20.00$/hr. However, this may be subject to change/negotiation based upon the employee's qualifications, experience, and knowledge.
