The CRM Executive is responsible for developing, implementing, and managing the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) strategy for the company. This includes building relationships with customers, managing customer data, and implementing retention and loyalty programs.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement the CRM strategy for the company
• Manage and maintain customer data to ensure accuracy and completeness
• Work closely with sales and marketing teams to identify opportunities to improve the customer experience
• Develop and implement communication plans to keep customers engaged and informed
• Should be responsible for new Sales entries in records, for the coordination and supporting documents for home loan cases, Coordination with banks for sanction and disbursement, Sales agreement and other documentation, Demand letters intimation of possession or offer of possession, Customer coordination, Customer issue , setting collection targets and customer site visits
• Executing all post sale documentations like preparing sending allotment letter, raising demand letters, coordination for signing of agreements, preparing possession related documents, flat handover, registration coordination with solicitor and cancellation processing.
• Follow up of concerned customers with dues and preparing weekly monthly collection forecasts, Liaison with accounts department and putting the inventory for sale, if any cancellation happens, Preparation of NOC, tripartite agreement etc for bank loan purposes.
• Follow up with the inter loan department for disbursements of payments, render support and administrative services for smooth functioning of departments.
• Coordination with legal departments for solving customers queries or bank queries for project sanctioning, client coordination and handling queries of clients
• Coordination with various departments; Accounts, Legal and Project Team, Facility Department for finalization of customer accounts and flats/villa status to achieve timely handover of the projects
Requirements:
• Proven experience in developing and implementing CRM strategies in a real estate or related industry
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadline
• Knowledge of real estate industry trends and regulations.
• Experience with CRM software, Google sheets and MS Office
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Commerce/Finance/ Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least 2-3 years of experience as a CRM Executive
