Cleaner

Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in the rooms, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for all occupants. This role requires a proactive approach to cleaning tasks, keen attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Responsibilities

Sweep, mop, wash and polish floors
Vacuum carpeting, area rugs, draperies and upholstered furniture
Distribute clean towels and toiletries
Make beds and change sheets
Clean and disinfect stairs and walk-way
Clean and disinfect Frontdesk
Handle and report lost and found items
Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties
Experience

Previous experience in custodial or commercial cleaning roles (3 years) is preferred but not mandatory.
Familiarity with facilities maintenance practices is a plus.
Strong customer service skills to interact positively with clients and colleagues.
Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in both verbal and written forms.
Proven time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Experience with heavy lifting and operating power tools is advantageous.
