We are a well establish hotel-style apartment company in Vancouver, offering elevated long-term rental experiences. Our team is passionate about hospitality, efficiency, and innovation—and we’re looking for a reliable and proactive office Operation Assistant to support the executive team in managing daily operations, communications, and business coordination.
What You’ll Do:
Assist with property scheduling, staff coordination, and vendor communications
Support marketing efforts: social media, listings, and document editing
Prepare reports, track expenses, and help with light bookkeeping
Liaise with clients, guests, and partners in a professional, friendly manner
Run errands or oversee occasional on-site tasks (if local)
Who You Are:
Highly organized, dependable, and detail-oriented
Excellent communication skills in English (Mandarin or Cantonese is a plus!)
Strong tech skills – Google Workspace, Excel, Canva, etc.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and problem-solve independently
Positive attitude and a service mindset – hospitality background is a bonus
Legally eligible to work in Canada
Driving license is a plus, but not required
