Research and build high-quality prospect lists with accurate decision maker mapping Run outbound outreach across calls, emails, and digital channels (LinkedIn and others) Prepare crisp pitch decks, short presentations, and tailored outreach collateral Maintain accurate CRM hygiene, daily activity tracking, and reporting Strong presentation skills and the ability to represent a premium brand Confidence on calls, ability to handle objections, and drive conversations forward Familiarity with outbound tools and CRM workflows is a plus (HubSpot, ZOHO, Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, etc.) Comfortable with targets, activity metrics, and performance-driven environment Above-market compensation for top performers A performance culture that values quality, outcomes and professionalism
