Role Description The Chemical Sales Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Jaipur. The role involves identifying and developing new business opportunities, managing existing customer relationships, and promoting the company’s chemical products to industrial clients. Daily tasks include calling/visiting customers, presenting product solutions, negotiating prices and terms, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and service. The Chemical Sales Executive will track market trends, gather competitor and customer feedback, and provide input to the technical and R&D teams for product development. The role also requires maintaining accurate sales records, meeting assigned sales targets, and representing the company professionally at client meetings, trade events, and industry forums.
Qualifications
• Candidates should possess strong sales and business development skills, including lead generation, client relationship management, and negotiation.
• Candidates should possess sound knowledge of chemicals or related industrial products, with the ability to understand technical specifications and applications.
• Candidates should possess solid communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills for engaging with clients and internal stakeholders.
• Candidates should possess planning, time management, and basic data analysis skills to manage pipelines, targets, and market information.
• Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related science/commerce field is preferred; prior experience in chemical sales or industrial B2B sales is highly beneficial.
• Candidates should be willing to travel within the region, be proficient with standard office and CRM tools, and demonstrate a customer-focused, ethical approach to sales.
